Terms of Service For
Veritas Studios Web-Management and Design
The purpose of this document is to ensure the continued satsifaction of all Veritas Studios customers and users and to create a professional atmosphere for prospective clients and partners. Any use of services, products, software and web-sites owned, created or supported by Veritas Studios (hereby known as "Services") is bound by this legal agreement between you and Veritas Studios. Please note that this is a "General Terms of Service" and that other terms may be added within each contract between you and Veritas Studios.
Definitions:
- Services - Any services, software, products created or supported by Veritas Studios.
- Special Services - Including subscription services, monthly updates and maintenance, newsletter publishing, etc....
Payment Plans
Payments will be made online via paypal for every single client. If you do not have a paypal account, we will be glad to help you set one up. We do this to ensure the personal information of each client stays securely hidden from the wrong hands.
Payments for all Services outside of Special Services (listed above) will be paid for as follows:
- Half of the estimate for the projects completion will be paid before the project is begun to ensure the proper payment plan is established.
- Upon completion of the project the remaining costs for the projects completion will be paid to Veritas Studios. There will be a 30 day grace period between the finish of the project and the final date for payment before further action is taken as listed below.
Payments for all Special Services will be sent before the Special Services have begun. In the case of subscriptions, the payment plans will be made differently for each client.
In certain cases payment plans can be established between Veritas Studios and the client via a written and electronic copy and will vary depending on the client, website project size, type of project, and financial status of client and business.
If a client fails to make a payment on time, all web services, projects, and websites created by Veritas Studios will be withdrawn immediately from the client until full payment is made or an agreement can be made in writing between Veritas Studios and the client.
Other Agreements
Agreements and contracts can be made that amend or add to these General Terms of Service at any time for any situation. All of these amendments and additions must have a written agreement with them listed and signed by both parties.
Agreements will be reviewed once every three months and updated or ammended as they need to be.
If the agreement terms are broken by either party, the agreement is temporarily terminated until further investigation of the situation takes place, in which there may be a permanent termination or restating of the agreement.
Ownership
Veritas Studios holds the rights to use and distribute any graphics, images, content websites, software and designs that it creates and does not need the clients permission to use them however they want, unless the software, graphics, images, websites or designs are previously owned by another entity that has not given Veritas Studios these rights.
Clients do not have the right to use or distribute the graphics, content images, websites, software or designs unless given express permission from Veritas Studios in written and signed format.
Veritas Studios Websites
Veritas Studios reserves the right to ban the visitation of any visitor or client who does any of the following:
- Steals content and/or plagarizes off of the Veritas Studios websites.
- Hacks into or damages the security of the Veritas Studios Websites
- Is found to be a spammer or hacker.
- Does not complete payment as stated between client and Veritas Studios.
- Harvests clients and users information from the Veritas Studios websites.
- Any other reason that this act is absolutely necessary but not listed above.
